Rental  Requirements and Process

Rental application required for all showings.

• Combined household income must equal or exceed 3 times the rent
• Rental application required for all showings
• We do not accept tenants with prior evictions, convicted felons, or bad credit (Below 550)
• 6 months of continuous employment required
  
• We will verify your rental history with a previous landlord
• We will verify your employment
• We will run a criminal background check
• We will run a credit check – We are most concerned with items on your credit report that impact your rental history – For example, Landlord Tenant Judgements, evictions, and utility collections
• All prospective tenant files are processed in accordance with Fair Housing laws
